| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart, using the "Add To Cart" button. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. Debit and Credit Cards We accept all major debit and credit cards. All payments will be debited in pounds sterling. Where appropriate the Postage and Packing charge will be added accordingly to your invoice and charged to your card. Please print the receipt page when you have finished your purchase, this is your official receipt. A confirmation email will be sent to you containing your order details and order number to acknowledge your order. A Despatch Note will be posted with the goods. | Returns Policy A Customer Returns Note can be found with the goods. Please mark clearly on the Returns Note the goods what you are returning. Goods must be returned by recorded delivery, please retain your proof of posting. A refund will only be granted for goods returned in perfect condition in the original unopened packaging. A full refund will be provided on all defective goods. We do not carry the carriage costs on returned products unless the products are defective. Then Postage and Packing will be refunded.
